Our Standard Rates
We work tirelessly to provide reasonable prices that align with our experience and skills. Here’s a complete breakdown of our rates:
First Hour
£64.99 – This rate applies to the first hour (or part hour) of any scheduled work during regular weekday hours, excluding materials.
Subsequent Hours
£49.99 per hour – After the initial hour, a lower rate applies for ongoing work, ensuring value for longer jobs. Material costs are separate.
Short-Notice Work
£79.99 per hour – For work scheduled on short notice, requiring adjustment of our schedule, this hourly rate applies to account for flexibility.
Emergency Call-Out
£99.99 per hour – For urgent work requiring immediate attention, we offer a rapid-response rate. This rate applies regardless of the time or day to ensure reliable assistance when you need it most.
Note: Our rates assume a single technician on-site. Additional personnel may affect the cost. For larger projects, including full rewires, we offer discounted rates.
Certificates & Safety Inspections
Our team is certified and equipped to provide a wide range of essential safety certificates, including EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report), GAS SAFETY Certificates, and more:
- EICR (Landlord Certificates): Priced at £49.99 booking fee and 4.99 per circuit for the first eight circuits, and £9.99 for each additional circuit.
- PAT Testing: £2.50 per item – Ensuring the safety of portable appliances, this service is essential for landlords and business owners.
- Landlord Gas Safety Report £49.99.
Each certificate is a guarantee of safety and compliance. Unlike some services that undercut cost at the expense of quality, we have a track record of always delivering a reliable, honest report with no hidden extras or unexpected “repairs.”
Material Costs & Warranty
For your convenience, we source quality materials directly from trusted trade suppliers. Our materials include a small markup to cover ordering, transport, and warranty responsibilities. This way, we provide only reliable products to sustain the quality of your property. If you want to provide your own materials, please note that any necessary repairs or replacements would then fall under your responsibility.

We offer flexible payment options to make the process as convenient as possible:

- Our Preferred Method: Bank transfer (BACS)
- Additional Options: Cash, credit/debit card, or Stripe for online transactions
- Invoicing: We provide invoices post-completion of the project. This gives us ample time to review any changes because we understand that some customers may be managing projects remotely for family members. Subsequently, our billing process is a hassle-free experience for you.
